Internet Orders

 Items on this website can be ordered on our secure online order system.

Our online store is powered by a secure server, which means that your credit card information is completely safe. We keep your information securely and we do not sell or pass on any of your details. For your safety make sure that when you are asked to enter your details your browser shows a small closed lock normally near the bottom right of your browser window. You should see this just as it asks for your credit card number.

This Secure Payment Server uses industrial strength encryption  that encrypt and decrypt messages to protect them.  Making purchases from a secure web server ensures that a user’s payment or personal information  can be translated into a secret code that can be securely transferred to us for processing.

PAYMENT OF ORDER: You can pay by credit card, direct deposit, cheque/money order, or PAYPAL,

Credit Card Payment: Payment can be made by credit card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard).

  You can be assured your credit card payments will be processed on our secure server.

If you should like to pay in another way you will find other methods available at the checkout.:

Please note:  All Orders will be sent in tough bags or boxes to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition.

All items are posted through Australia Post Registered Post

Postage costs are as listed below:

Orders within Australia current postal rates as at 2/1/08

All parcels will be sent registered mail. Postage charges include the registered fee which includes insurance.

 Express Post is available on request ( Express Charges are also listed below)

Purchases up to $40  - postage will be $4.95 (registered mail)

Purchases over $40 and up to $80- postage will be $ 6.95 (registered mail)

Purchases over $80 and up to $150 - postage will be $10.50 (registered mail)

Orders over $150 - postage will be advised by email before processing your order -depending on size and weight of the items that you have ordered plus insurance charges

Express Post Delivery is also available on request for Orders within Australia

UP to 500g  is $5.30 A4 sheets only maximum thickness 20mm

UP to 3KG is $10.50 in express post large satchel.

All items on this website are quality products.   They are sent to you in protective packages that ensures they reach you in perfect condition.

 If you are unhappy with the quality of the product you receive, please return to us in the original packaging within 7 days and a refund will be arranged. 

Please note that the refund does not include postage costs.  

Returns Policy  
If you buy anything from my site and it arrives damaged or does not work, then I will send you a replacement item as soon as I receive the faulty one back.
If you order something and it is supplied incorrectly, again, I will try to fix the situation as soon as possible and send you the correct item.
In both of the above cases, all packaging etc must be returned to us. In the case of the incorrect item being sent, we would appreciate your not opening it unless you are sure you’d like to keep it. 

Shortages or Wrong Goods Received
If you have an item missing from your order that is shown as supplied on the paper work please inform me by email sandy@cardsandgifts.com.au
or phone (MOBILE: 0403894423) within 7 days or receiving your goods. My apologies if this event happens as all orders are checked thoroughly before posting to you.
