Items on this website can be
ordered on our secure online order system.
Our online store is powered
by a secure server, which means that your credit card information is completely
safe. We keep your information securely and we do not sell or pass on any of
your details. For your safety make sure that when you are asked to enter your
details your browser shows a small closed lock normally near the bottom right of
your browser window. You should see this just as it asks for your credit card
number.

protect them. Making purchases from a secure web server ensures that a
user’s payment or personal information can be translated into a secret

perfect condition.

through Australia Post or by Fast way Couriers depending on
which service is available in your area.

will be $5.50
Purchases over $30 and up to 3kg
will be $ 8.90
Orders over $150 or large/heavy
bulky items - postage will be advised by email before processing your order
-depending on size and weight of the items that you have ordered.
Express Post Delivery is
also available on request for Orders within Australia
UP to 500g is $5.50 A4 sheets
only maximum thickness 20mm
UP to 3KG is $10.90 in express post
large satchel.
Orders sent express post are NOT
INSURED but are track able.

Most orders will be sent by
Registered International Post in a B4 size bag for orders up to 500GRAMS for
$AUD20.00 which is insured and track able.
LARGER Bulky ORDERS OR OTHER ITEMS

All items on this website are
quality products. They are sent to you in protective packages that
ensures they reach you in perfect condition.
If you are unhappy with the
quality of the product you receive, please return to us in the original
packaging within 7 days and a refund will be arranged.
Please note that the refund does
not include postage costs.
Returns Policy
If you buy anything from my site and it arrives damaged or does not
work, then I will send you a replacement item as soon as I receive the faulty
one back.
If you order something and it is supplied incorrectly, again, I
will try to fix the situation as soon as possible and send you the correct
item.
In both of the above cases, all packaging etc must be returned to us.
In the case of the incorrect item being sent, we would appreciate your not
opening it unless you are sure you’d like to keep it.
Shortages or Wrong Goods

If you have an item
missing from your order that is shown as supplied on the paper work please
inform me by email sandy@cardsandgifts.com.au or phone (MOBILE: 0403894423) within 7 days or
receiving your goods. My apologies if this event happens as all orders are
checked thoroughly before posting to you.
